Florist / Floral Designer

1. Create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, and centerpieces.
2. Assist customers in selecting flowers and gifts based on their needs and budget.
3. Receive, inspect, and care for fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies.
4. Maintain inventory and order floral products as needed.
5. Process customer orders in person, by phone, or online.
6. Decorate event venues with floral arrangements when required.
7. Operate cash registers and handle payments.
8. Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually attractive.
9. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
