Job Vacancy – Project Coordinator & Estimator

A leading Interior Design, Decoration, and Furniture Company in Salalah is looking for a Project Coordinator & Estimator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare project quotations and cost estimates.
* Review drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
* Coordinate and follow up projects from quotation stage to final handover.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
* Follow up manufacturing, production, and installation activities.
* Prepare project reports and monitor project costs.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, Decoration, or Furniture projects.
* Experience in estimation, costing, and preparing quotations.
* Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of English.
* Valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Nationality:
Indian or Filipino.

Location:
Salalah, Sultanate of Oman.
