with a knack for leadership? We're looking for a motivated Sales
Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and lead our dynamic team
to success.rnrnKey Responsibilities:rnDevelop and implement
strategic sales plans to achieve company objectivesrnLead, coach,
and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed
targetsrnAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify
opportunities for growthrnBuild and maintain strong relationships
with clients and key stakeholdersrnCollaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and ensure
customer satisfaction, Generate Leads using diff platforms
including LinkedlnrnrnRequirements:rnProven track record of
success in sales, with at least 35 years of GCC experience in a
sales role in any software house or IT company. (Bahrain and KSA
preferred)rnStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate
and inspire a teamrnExcellent communication and negotiation
skillsrnMust have excellent pro level knowledge of IT services
and products.rnmust have good knowledge of diff languages use in
development of multiple IT products (not developer level
required)rnAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven
environmentrnBachelor's degree in information technology ,
Computer science , Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field preferredrnMust be fluent in Arabic, English (HINDI / Urdu
will be additional point)rnMust have good connections, network
and contacts in Corporate and local market (Bahrain u0026 KSA
initially) if in other GCC countries too it would be additional
