Hiring Now: Account Manager for a Leading Digital Marketing Company in Sharjah

Career Pro Recruitment Agency is hiring an experienced Account Manager for one of our valued business clients in the Digital Marketing industry, based in Sharjah, UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, building strong business relationships, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can understand client goals, manage expectations, and ensure services are delivered on time, within agreed SLAs, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing account development. You will understand client requirements, anticipate business needs, and coordinate with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful project execution.

You will support revenue growth by identifying renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. The role will also involve preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and working toward monthly and quarterly targets.

The selected candidate will convert client requirements into clear internal briefs, track implementation progress, manage approvals, and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines. You will also monitor account performance, review KPIs and usage data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.

Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, invoicing, contract compliance, and payment schedules. You will coordinate with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies, support collections, and ensure accurate revenue reporting.

When client issues or escalations arise, you will handle them professionally by coordinating with internal teams, proposing practical solutions, documenting outcomes, and following up to prevent recurring issues.

The role may also require attending client meetings, representing the company at industry events, supporting RFP responses, building local business networks, and monitoring competitor activity to help strengthen market presence.

Requirements:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of B2B account management experience in the UAE market, preferably within the technology, digital marketing, or services sector.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Professional sales certifications or equivalent experience will be an added advantage.

Applicants should have experience using CRM systems such as سيلز مبيعاتforce or HubSpot, along with strong MS Excel and reporting skills for client analytics.

Strong project control skills are required, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, SLAs, cross-functional delivery, and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate should also have proven leadership ability, including mentoring junior team members, leading client meetings, managing small account teams, and supporting performance reviews.

A strong commercial understanding is essential, including negotiation, forecasting, contract review, pricing strategies, revenue modelling, and KPI tracking.
