Account and Operations Manager

A newly established real estate company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account & Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities, including invoices, payments, and financial records.
Prepare basic financial reports and support budgeting processes.
Coordinate property leasing and tenant-related documentation.
Assist in managing property operations and maintenance activities.
Follow up with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain company records, contracts, and operational documentation.
Support management in administrative and business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, operations, or real estate.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
