Real Estate Sales Consultant at Ideal Buildings

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven سيلز مبيعات Consultant to join our team at Ideal Buildings, a leader in luxury real estate development and services in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with prospective clients to promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property tours and presentations with professionalism and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
Stay updated with the real estate market trends, property laws, and competitor offerings.
Prepare necessary documentation such as sales agreements and assist clients through the closing process.
Attend exhibitions, open houses, and networking events when required.

Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Knowledge of the Muscat real estate market.
