Operations & Business Development Manager

A growing Food & Beverage company is looking to hire an experienced:

Operations & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee daily operations across all business units.
* Manage branch managers and operational teams.
* Develop and execute operational and growth strategies.
* Drive sales growth and improve overall profitability.
* Monitor operational KPIs and performance targets.
* Ensure quality standards and operational excellence.
* Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
* Reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
* Prepare operational and management reports.
* Identify growth opportunities and support business expansion.

Financial & Cost Control Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review product costing on a regular basis.
* Analyze product profitability and performance.
* Monitor food cost, labor cost, and waste percentages.
* Recommend pricing strategies to improve profit margins.
* Work closely with finance to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Oman or GCC countries within restaurants, bakeries, cafés, or food service operations.
* Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.
* Strong understanding of product costing and profitability analysis.
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
* Valid Oman driving license.
* Ability to travel between branches and business locations.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in bakery operations.
* Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
* Experience managing multiple branches or business units.
* Proven track record in increasing sales and profitability.
