hotel or any related field.rn2.tPlanning, organizing and filing
skills.rn3.tComputer skills (Microsoft office
Applications).rn4.tGood spoken and written Englishrn5.tFollowing
up on routes and journeys and generating a weekly report about
these statuses of routes and journeys. This entails contacting
clients and putting a daily schedule for the driver who works on.
rn6.tMonitoring staff performance as per daily schedule sent to
managerrn7.tSupervises the reservation functions for the Car
Rental ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant,
professional and efficient manner. Manages and coordinates
activities of reservation team members providing reservations and
customer services skills. rn8.tAchieving customer satisfaction
and room revenue goals while taking guests through the booking
process. Assist the reservation manager or operation manager with
budgeting, forecasting, and hiring, retaining and developing
reservations and customer service employees.rnrn• Location:
