**Job Description: Supervisor and سيلز مبيعات Manager
for Chain Stores** We are seeking a highly motivated and
experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor and
سيلز مبيعات Manager for our chain stores, specifically
hypermarkets, in Oman. The ideal candidate should have a proven
track record of working with chain stores and hypermarkets in
Oman. Knowledge of coffee specifications is considered a
plus. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and manage the daily
operations of our chain stores, ensuring smooth functioning and
exceptional customer service. - Train, mentor, and motivate sales
staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer
service. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock
availability at all times. - Implement marketing strategies to
promote products and increase sales. - Handle customer inquiries,
feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. -
Ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures. **Requirements:** - Previous experience working with
chain stores and hypermarkets in Oman is essential. - Strong
knowledge of coffee specifications is preferred. - Excellent
leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work under
pressure and meet deadlines. - Fluency in English is required;
knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. - Flexibility to work from
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week. **Benefits:** -
