Telecom Installation Team Leader (several post) Job
description:We are looking for a qualified team leaderto manage
our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible
for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily
basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all
team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.
You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team
operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should
lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve
goals. Responsibilities Installation of cable containment (Cable
tray, trunking etc.)Installation of RF and MW antennas (Hight,
azimuth, tilt…)Installation and termination of RF cable, RJ
cable and coax cableinstallation, termination and testing of
optical fiberRF cable testing with Anritsu Site Master (Training
provided)Installation of RF devises (RRU, TMA…)Working at
height – green field, rooftop according to security normKnow
how to use ISDP Huawei programGood knowledge of EHS & quality
rulesOrganization and direction of each 3–5 men in a teamTime
management of teamChecking, understanding and communicating rules
of work to teamBriefing team members on updatesMonitoring working
practices of teamMonitoring quality of workmanship of
teamEnsuring that the test scope is understoodComplete all test
documentation as required by customerDaily progress reports to
project managerIssue reporting to his managerCollection of
required data for hand over pack documentationCreate an inspiring
team environment with an open communication cultureSet clear team
goals according to customer targetsDelegate tasks and set
deadlinesMotivate team membersDiscover training needs and provide
coachingSuggest and organize team building activities
Requirements Proven work experience as a team leader or
supervisorIn-depth knowledge of performance metricsIT skills,
including knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and
ExcelExcellent communication and leadership skillsOrganizational
and time-management skillsDecision-making skillsDegree in
Management or training in team leading is a plusCapable of
working in locations throughout the LibyaFlexible on working
hours (days, late shifts, nights and weekends)Have at least 3
years work experience in telecom fieldHave a good English
