results. RESPONSIBILTY: 1- Conceptualize and develop innovative
designs for trophies and gift items, aligning with client
specifications and brand identity. 2- Translate conceptual
designs into tangible prototypes and final products using various
materials and techniques. 3- Collaborate closely with clients,
sales teams, and project managers to ensure alignment with
project requirements and objectives. 4- Conduct market research
to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings,
enhancing the creative process. 5- Ensure quality and
craftsmanship standards in all designs, conducting thorough
quality checks and overseeing production processes. 6- Manage
multiple design projects, adhering to deadlines and budget
constraints while maintaining creativity and attention to
detail. 7- Maintain accurate documentation of design
specifications, revisions, and project milestones to facilitate
project progression and client satisfaction. 8- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into overall
project deliverables. 9- Proactively seek opportunities for
process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and creative
innovation to drive excellence. QUALIFICATIONS: 1- Proven
experience in trophy and gift items design, preferably in a
corporate or events industry setting. 3- Proficiency in design
software such as Adobe and 3D modeling software. 4- Strong
conceptualization, visualization, and presentation skills. 5-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 6-
Attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence. Join
