IT Specialist – Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to manage and support our organization’s technology systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain secure and efficient systems.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and security
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems
Assist in implementing new technologies and systems
Maintain documentation of IT procedures and systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
