*** URGENT PROPERTY SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN A FRIENDLY AND
HIGHLY MOTIVATED REAL ESTATE AGENCY *** Are you a passionate, pro
active, and driven individual looking to thrive in the world of
real estate? Sekenë Properties is on the lookout for an
experienced sales Real Estate Agent to be located in Dubai. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend Property Launches. Network at property
events. List and Market properties to source leads via various
channels including calling, messaging, ing, and posting through
social media. Assist clients in buying and selling properties in
Dubai. Provide expert guidance on market trends, property values,
and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong client
relationships through exceptional communication and negotiation
skills. Conduct property viewings and inspections. Prepare and
present property listings to potential clients. Stay up-to-date
with the latest real estate trends and market conditions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS: FEMALE Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
preferably in Dubai with good sales marketing knowledge.
Communication in English, but fluency in any other languages
would be a plus including Farsi, French, Arabic, Russian, Chinese
and Spanish. We value diversity and believe that a multilingual
team can provide a superior client experience. Excellent
communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Dubai's real
estate market. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work
