ob Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced
Professional Photographer/Videographer to join our team. As a key
member of our creative department, you will be responsible for
capturing high-quality visual content to support our brand and
marketing initiatives across various
platforms. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative
team to understand project requirements and
objectives. Conceptualize and execute photo and video shoots in
alignment with brand guidelines and project briefs. Capture
compelling images and footage that effectively convey our brand
message and narrative. Ensure proper lighting, composition, and
framing to achieve desired results. Edit and retouch
photos/videos as needed to enhance visual appeal and
quality. Maintain and organize digital asset libraries for easy
access and retrieval. Stay updated on industry trends and best
practices to continuously improve skills and techniques. Manage
equipment and gear, ensuring proper maintenance and
functionality. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as
necessary for specialized projects. Adhere to project timelines
and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of
assignments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a
professional photographer/videographer, with a strong portfolio
showcasing diverse projects and styles. Proficiency in
photography and videography techniques, including composition,
lighting, and editing. Expertise in industry-standard software
such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro,
etc.). Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain
high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team setting. Creative thinking and
problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and achieve
project objectives. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate
evolving project requirements and priorities. Previous
experience working in advertising, marketing, or a related field
is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
