Business Development Manager/Relationship Manager Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) About Us: PrimeFour Consulting
is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business
Development Manager/Relationship Manager to join our team. As a
crucial member of our organization, you will contribute
significantly to expanding our client base, identifying strategic
opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual business development and sales
plans to achieve targets. • Identify strategic partners,
stakeholders, and new revenue streams for growth. • Explore and
capitalize on new markets, working closely with the management
team. • Provide weekly and monthly reports on business
development and sales activities. • Stay updated on legislative
changes and adhere to compliance standards. • Build and sustain
valuable relationships with clients, referral partners, and
stakeholders. Attributes and Skills: • Strong
relationship-building skills. • Proficient negotiating skills
with confidence and discretion. • Effective time-management and
prioritization abilities. • Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills. • Proven sales track record in corporate
services within the UAE. Experience and Education: •
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing,
or a relevant field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in
corporate services within the UAE. • Fluent in English &
Arabic; knowledge of the UAE market. • Remuneration: AED 7500
per month + Attractive Commission (up to 20% of revenue
