Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator nMechanical
engineernResponsibilities:n- Provide comprehensive support to the
sales team in their daily operations.n- Follow up on customer
orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.n- Assist in
preparing and maintaining sales documentation and reports.n-
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and
resolve issues.n- Utilize strong language skills to create clear
and impactful written communication.n- Demonstrate proficiency in
MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.n- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance
efficiency.n- Stay informed about product/service details to
assist in customer queries.n- Handle administrative tasks to
facilitate smooth sales operations.nnRequirements:n- Excellent
language skills, both written and verbal.n- Proficiency in MS
Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).n- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.n- Detail-oriented with
the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.n- Previous
experience in sales support or a related role is preferred.n-
Additional skills such as CRM software proficiency or data
