Logistics Sales Executive | وظف دوت كوم

This role is responsible for directing sales efforts to expand
our client's customer base. This role will be responsible for
generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met
or exceeded across all lines of business. This individual should
be a motivated customer sales representative with experience and
an entrepreneurial spirit.
rnrnResponsibilities:rn•tPrimary:rnotGrow revenue and
relationships with existing customer base.rnotGenerate leads
through cold calling, networking and referrals.rnotUtilize inside
sales knowledge.rnotQuote formal and spot bids.rnotEnsure a high
level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all
customers– including follow up on concerns or other issues.
rnotCommunicate effectively with customers, shippers, and
receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential
service failures.rnotCommunicate customer problems to
management.rnotExceed all standards for prospecting calls,
presentations, proposals and closes.rnotProvide documented
activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and
monthly basis.rnotExecute and monitor strategic and tactical
goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are
met or exceeded.rn•tSecondary:rnotNegotiate contracts and rate
agreements.rnotSupport carrier reps with the coordination of
transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.rnotDocument
issues with orders thoroughly.rnotTrack/trace shipments when
requested.rnrnExperience:rn•t2-3 years of LTL/ TL, Sea freight,
Air freight experience.rn•tExcellent verbal and written
communication skills.rn•tSuperior phone
etiquette.rn•tIntermediate computer skills (Excel,
Word).rn•tExcellent interpersonal skills.rnrnThis position
offers a competitive base salary plus commissionrnrnPlease before
