Job DescriptionAs the Drilling and Well Operations Coordinator
within the Oil and Gas industry, your role revolves around
overseeing drilling and well operations within joint venture
projects involving multinational corporations (MNCs).
Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, coordinating
maintenance and optimization activities, analyzing well
performance data, collaborating with engineering teams for
effective well interventions, generating comprehensive reports.
Roles and Responsibilities: Drilling and Well Operations
Oversight: Supervise drilling and well operations, ensuring
stringent adherence to safety measures in joint venture projects
with MNCs, and maintaining compliance with industry
standards.Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and
optimization activities for wells, utilizing expertise gained
from multinational project experiences to streamline processes
effectively.Performance Analysis and Improvement Strategies:
Analyze well performance data and propose strategic enhancements
within multinational settings to improve operational
efficiency.Collaborative Engineering Planning: Collaborate with
engineering teams to strategize and execute well interventions
within joint venture operations, ensuring seamless coordination
and execution.Report Generation for Management: Create detailed
reports for finance and technical management, consolidating data
from drilling and well operations, utilizing MS Office Excel for
analysis and presentation. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant field.Experience:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in well operations within the
Oil and Gas sector, specifically involving joint venture projects
with MNCs. Proficiency in MS Office Excel for report generation
and analytical tasks.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in
utilizing industry-specific software tools such as
Schlumberger’s Petrel, Halliburton’s Landmark,
Weatherford’s Avocet, or similar drilling and well operations
software. In-depth understanding of drilling and completion
processes.Skills: Excellent project management and
problem-solving skills essential for effective
coordination.Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in
Arabic is advantageous.Experience using SAP ERP systems is
