Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers as they
enter the restaurant and encourage guests exiting to return
soon
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the
dining area
• Awareness of which items are solid out or
unavailable daily
• Deliver all food items to tables in
the correct order and to the appropriate customer
•
Present menu to visitors and suggest daily specials
• Deal
with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
•
Issue bills and accept payment
• Ensuring the food order
is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for
guests
High School Diploma or higher
Ability to work under
pressure
Must have clear written and verbal communication
