Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including
air handlers, chillers, split units, and exhaust
fans. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment,
including electrical and mechanical faults. Monitor and control
HVAC systems using Building Management System (BMS)
platforms. Replace and calibrate thermostats, sensors, and other
control devices. Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and
parts inventory. Ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently
and within safety and environmental regulations. Coordinate with
supervisors and other technicians for task planning and site
readiness. Respond to emergency calls and resolve HVAC issues
promptly. Provide support for energy-saving initiatives and
indoor air quality checks.
