Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage and
prioritize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings,
appointments, and events.
- Communication: Act as the
primary point of contact for internal and external communication
on behalf of the executive, including screening phone calls and
emails.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries,
book flights, accommodations, and handle related
logistics.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit
documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the
executive.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate
meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation
and minute-taking.
- Office Management: Maintain office
supplies, manage records, and ensure the office is organized and
efficient.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and
confidential information with discretion and
professionalism.
- Data Management: Maintain and update
databases, contact lists, and filing systems.
- Project
Support: Assist in special projects, research, and data analysis
as required.
- Government Relation and coordinator: Maintain
and organise all related works/tasks to support in any RFP
responses
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a
plus
English and Arabic (Writting, Speaking, Reading)
High
inter-personal skills
Strong multitasking abilities
High
level of professionalism and discretion
Proven experience as
an executive secretary or similar role
Proficiency in office
software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Exceptional communication
and organizational skills
