: ⸻ Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant Job Summary: The
Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining
cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards in guest rooms,
public areas, and back-of-house areas. This role ensures a clean
and comfortable environment for guests and staff. Key
Responsibilities: • Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors,
and public areas according to hotel standards. • Replace
linens, towels, and other guestroom amenities as
needed. • Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, dust surfaces, and
clean windows. • Replenish supplies such as toiletries,
tissue, and cleaning materials. • Report any maintenance
issues or lost and found items to the supervisor. • Follow
safety and sanitation policies at all times. • Assist with
laundry duties if required. • Provide excellent customer
service and respond to guest requests
promptly. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent
preferred. • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is
an advantage. • Ability to work with minimal
supervision. • Attention to detail and good physical
stamina. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and
holidays. Skills: • Basic communication skills. • Time
management and organization. • Customer service
mindset. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
