Support & Data processing This multifaceted role is perfect for
someone who enjoys variety and is eager to support our clients
and internal operations. You will be at the heart of our customer
interactions, ensuring smooth data flow and providing essential
technical assistance. Key Responsibilities: * Data Entry:
Accurately inputting customer orders, inventory details, product
specifications, and sales data into our internal systems.
Maintaining updated client records. * Technical Support:
Providing first-line technical assistance to clients regarding
lab equipment and consumables. This includes answering basic
usage questions, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating
complex problems to senior technical staff. * Customer Service:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, إيميل, and in-person.
Providing product information, resolving service issues,
processing returns, and ensuring a positive client experience. *
Assisting with preparing quotations, invoices, and other relevant
documentation. * Maintaining organized digital and physical
files. Requirements for this Role: * Must be an Omani national.
* Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent data entry skills with a
high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Good
understanding or willingness to learn about laboratory products
and equipment. * Strong communication skills in both Arabic and
English (verbal and written) are essential. * Problem-solving
abilities and a customer-centric attitude. * Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. * Punctual and committed to
work schedules. * Prior experience in data entry, customer
service, or technical support is a plus, but fresh graduates or
those eager to learn are encouraged to apply. * Degree in
science, agriculture , medical engineering or other relevant
