custom application development with a heavy emphasis on Oracle
architecture, design and development.

- Human Resource
Management Systems
- Governmental Financial Systems

- Administrative
Correspondence System
- Document Management System

The ability to act
as business consultant
Candidate must have an analytical,
logical thought process for developing project solutions and
resolution to issues
Technical skills should include strong
Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Plus and good knowledge about Database
Administration
Technical skills should include strong Oracle
forms/reports (latest versions)
Strong experience (minimum of
3 years) with some or all of the following technologies: JAVA,
J2EE, XSTL, XML, XSD, JMS, SOA and/or Web Services
Excellent
Oral and written communication skills are mandatory
Technical
certifications and advanced degrees are preferred
Lead efforts
to perform gap analysis
Design solutions to meet requirements
and fully document the design
Computer Science (or related)
degree & Excellent Level In English language (speaking and
writing)
