Responsible:
• Responsible for acquiring new merchants
proactively (identifying merchants) or reactively (by responding
to merchant inquiries received through our sales
channel)
• Responsible for assisting merchants complete
their payment gateway application process and integrate the
payment gateway portal into their respective website
•
Meet the country targets as set by Country Manager
•
Ensure a smooth and professional merchant onboarding experience
by coordinating externally with merchant & internally with
the other departments
• Assume pre and/or post-sales
support as needed to ensure the payment gateway meets merchant
inquires in a timely and professional manner
• Report to
the Country Manager
Required:
• Drive and passion to
be part of the emerging ecommerce boom in KSA and the
region
• 2-3 years’
experience





Fluent in Arabic and
working knowledge in English
Ability to multi-task and handle
customer inquiries in a professional manner
