- Purpose of this job is to oversee the internal and external
High access cleaning operations in the project . This includes
supervising custodial service contractors and ensuring High
access equipment and BMU’s are available and operational and
safe to operate
1. Review and observe workers during their
duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards
of cleanliness.
2. Inspect High access equipment and
BMU’s and ensure they are well maintained and safe to
operate.
3. Ensure service providers apply all safety
procedures for operating equipment and cleaning
practices.
4. Investigates complaints regarding service and
equipment, and takes corrective action.
5. Makes
recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient
operation.
6. Attends Department meetings to discuss work
and patrons' complaints.
7. Supervise staff while they are
performing their duties.
8. Understand how everything
operates at site
9. Understand all health and safety issues
with regards to staff and self.

Ability to interact with
external parties and utilize internal resources or systems for
better usage of resources.
Awareness and understanding of
Health and Safety standards.
Computer skills (Words, Excel,
Power point & Outlook)..
