newly-formed HR employee relation team,

•        Monitoring the day to day work flow to
ensure a consistently high service to all employees, and meet
agreed service level standards.
•        Help
Human Resources regularly review them to ensure the achievement
of specific objectives related to the salaries and hiring,
performance management
evaluation.
•        Oversee the implementation of
HR operational plans
•        Overseeing the
renovation and implementation of the organizational
structures
•        Overseeing professional
requirements and tasks of all the ER
dept.
•        Supervision of the monthly reports
that include the number of employees for each department and job
vacancies and other statistics required to monitor the
workforce.
Bachelor in business administration or HR
3-5
years of work experience in the same field
