Coordinator
- Summary: Advise clients on diet, develop
bespoke personal training plans and give advice and
encouragement. In addition, should be able to demonstrate - the
correct way to use exercise equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception Duties
- Greet and
maintain a positive attitude towards the guests
- Ensure
that the safety policies, rules, and regulations are maintained
within the area
- Provide the new guests orientations on how
to use the area
- Ensure the upkeep of the area

Ensure the safety of children in games room area. Follow all
safety procedures
- Ensure the hygiene of the games and
toys
- Basic inspection of equipment before shift

Manage equipment and keep gym, rooms and control room clean and
organized at all times
- Communicate any damage or issue to
the Recreations Coordinator
- Event Support
- Arrange
new and exciting activities with the support of the Recreations
Coordinator
- Support in the execution of the events

Communicate guests requirements to Recreational
Coordinator
- Co-ordination of Gym activities to recreation
services
QUALIFICATIONS
- Multi-lingual skills
essential with Arabic considered a distinct benefit

Recognized first aid trained and certified
- AED Training a
distinct advantage
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Experience of recreation in a Hotel Environment or
equivalent
- Physical Education training / certification
mandatory
- Secondary certification / Recognized training
certificate in:
- Yoga
- Aerobics / Pilates
-
Taekwondo / other Martial Arts
- Other..
- Distinct
Advantage to having a second core skill and
experience
