Office Manager to join our growing shipping company in Dubai.
This role is exclusively open to candidates of Filipina
nationality with proven experience in the logistics or shipping
industry within the UAE. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of
experience in the shipping or logistics field within the
UAE Strong command of English (both spoken and
written) Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to multitask and follow through on client
needs Proficiency in handling day-to-day office operations Key
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, واتس آب messages,
and إيميلs from clients, and respond promptly to all
service-related inquiries Track and follow up on client orders,
shipping schedules, and delivery timelines Coordinate between
clients and internal departments (warehouse, drivers, logistics,
etc.) to ensure seamless operations Maintain clear communication
logs and records for all client interactions and
requests Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to
clients Handle basic administrative duties and support the
management in daily office tasks Ensure a professional and
welcoming office environment for all walk-in clients and
