Entering Sales Order in the SAP System, within Time limit

Ensure orders delivery completion to each customer.

Tracking & Follow up the sales orders received by salesmen in
daily bases.
- Reviewing the quantity, items, and prices in
each Sales Order to ensure its matching the customer requirement
& request.
- Follow up & review the Expiry Date of
each PO – Purchase Order.
- Follow up with Sales
Supervisor regarding Sales Orders received by salesmen.

Follow up all Promotions, activities & Prices.
- Ensure
to seek for approvals by line managers regarding the exceptional
prices, order, and time of delivery.
- Entering RTV in the
SAP System.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with
his customers through open and interactive communication.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Research and obtain further information for incomplete
documents.
- Respond to queries for information and access
relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security
policies.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and
address any malfunctions.
