responsibilities:
Sales:
- Works under the guidance of
sales GM to sell a range of products and services to significant
customers and/or manage a sales team to achieve sales targets for
a given area, Organize sales visits, demonstrating/ presentation
Company products. Establish new business, maintain records,
attending and arranging exhibitions & seminars. Handling
product prequalification & Payment follow ups. Maintain sales
records.
- Handling after sales activities.
- Building
Capability
- Builds own capabilities and develops the
capabilities of direct reports by working within existing
development framework; provides specialized training or coaching
in area of expertise to others throughout the
organization.
Marketing:
- Executes a marketing plan
for a particular product, service or specialty area while working
within established marketing systems.
- Client &
Customer Management (Internal)
- Manage relationships with
important internal customers and act as their business partner,
while taking guidance from senior colleagues.
- External
Communications
- Supports others so they can use and benefit
from the existing external communications systems.

Internal Communications
- Helps others use and benefit from
the existing internal communications systems.
Project
Management:
- Delivers required outcomes by working within
an established project management plan & Attend the ISO
audit,
- Attend the meeting for project approvals &
executions. & Follow complete documentation as per
ISO.
- Document Preparation
- Organizes and prepares
complex documents by using multiple computer applications (such
as Microsoft Office), while also gathering and summarizing data
for special reports.
Administration:
- Performs
standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks for
the principle and gives colleagues advice on the proper
performance of departmental processes.
- Data
Management
- Delivers prescribed outcomes by working as
directed within established CRM and procedures
