Operations Manager – Career Opportunity

uniform manufacturing and supply company, proudly serving
corporate and educational institutions for nearly two decades.
Specializing in tailor-made uniforms for government schools, we
are now preparing for strategic expansion across the GCC region.
To support this growth, we are seeking an exceptional Operations
Manager to strengthen operations, enhance team performance, and
implement scalable systems across the company.
Role
Overview:
The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, quick to
learn, and capable of inspiring junior staff while driving unity,
performance, and operational excellence. This role demands strong
leadership, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and a sharp focus
on inventory control, system automation, showroom management, and
reporting. You will work closely with senior management to craft
and execute growth strategies, optimize expenditures, and
maintain the high standards and values the company is built
on.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate junior
employees to achieve operational goals and foster a unified,
high-performing team culture.
Manage inventory with precision,
ensuring physical stock consistently matches system
records.
Implement efficient operational frameworks, automate
key processes, and establish company regulations.
Conduct
thorough showroom audits three times per week, ensuring smooth
daily operations and submitting detailed reports.
Analyze
operational metrics and develop strategies to maximize growth,
efficiency, and profitability.
Uphold and enforce company
values, culture, and operational standards across all
levels.
Proactively identify challenges and implement
sustainable solutions.
Collaborate directly with leadership to
align operations with the company’s strategic
objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Solid foundation in
operations and company management practices.
Strong
adaptability, leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking
skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS
(Point-of-Sale) systems.
Fluent in Hindi, Arabic, and English
(spoken and written) — mandatory.
Highly organized,
analytical, and an effective communicator.
Self-driven, with
the ability to work independently while managing multiple
responsibilities.
Willing to undergo a skills and adaptability
assessment as part of the hiring process.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the uniform manufacturing,
garment production, or textile industries is highly
desirable.
Knowledge of GCC market dynamics is an added
advantage.
Trial and Employment Terms:
The selected candidate
will undergo a one-month probationary period, during which basic
needs and accommodations will be provided.
This period will
serve as a practical evaluation of skills, adaptability, and
cultural fit within the company.
Upon successful completion of
the trial, a formal employment contract — including salary,
benefits, and long-term terms — will be discussed and
finalized.
