Need To Know A big part of this role will be working with the
global Proserv team and various functions to make sure projects
are delivered on time, within budget, to specification and to the
highest standards. The role will also entail in person meetings
with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, lessons learnt
are captured and timely cash collection is driven. To serve as
the primary point of contact representing the company in managing
all global projects related to control systems, sampling systems,
and other specific system/integration projects. Possess strong
knowledge of the financial aspects of projects, along with
project scheduling and tracking skills, ensuring coordination
with all internal and external stakeholders. Exhibit excellent
communication skills and maintain a cost-conscious approach. What
We Are Looking For Some of the Key Accountabilities: Manage the
Projects assigned effectively for timely completion and within
the Budget.Highlighting the area of concerns on cost, time, and
scope constraints on the assigned projects through risk
register.Managing & sharing the engineering scope in
co-ordination with project engineer and as per responsibility
matrix.Advice the higher management of any budget issues as &
when this is noted.Advice & act on corrective actions to take to
overcome the impact.Review of the agreed contract T & C’s and
update/advice accounts for timely invoicing.Preparation,
Monitoring & Updating of the Project schedules for the assigned
projects.Preparation of the financial forecasting & Actual
tracking for the assigned projects.Ensure effective intracompany
departmental co-ordinations.Communicate & provide all the
necessary information to stake holders for attending/completing
the various requirements on the assigned projects.Co-ordinate &
interact with the project engineer to ensure timely completion of
the engineering activities.Ensure milestone payments requests are
processed on time in co-ordination with Accounts department.Take
initiative to support accounts department for payment release
from clients promptly as per agreed contract terms.Responsible
for the execution of project in accordance with contract
requirement.Liaising with clients and sub contractors on project
related matters.Development and implementation of Project ITP and
SDRL in co-ordination with project engineers.Monitoring and
reporting progress of projects to clients & higher
management.Ensure project related non-conformances are
identified, controlled and satisfactorily corrected in
co-ordination with the QC engineer.Maintain a project logbook,
risk register, and account for all miscellaneous project costs.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in
engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in projects3 to 4
years working experience in Engineering/Manufacturing
firmExperience in MS projectStake holder management & commercial
