Hiring Assistant Accountant Location- Dubai, UAE Work Experience:
34 yrs Salary Range: AED 30003500 per month Job Type- Full Time
Job Description: As an Assistant Accountant, you shall provide
support to the Finance Department and be responsible for the
following duties: • Accurate Data Entry work as per Company
Guidelines. • Banking- Visiting Bank/ Other Financial
Institutions as per Day to Day work instructed by Reporting Head.
• Filing- Daily Filing of Documents after Data Entry for the
entire department. • Assist the Team members with Supporting
documents accurately whenever required- eg. Ongoing Audits,
Meetings, Management requirements/ VAT Returns, etc. • Cheque
Collections, Transfer Supplier Payments from Cash/Cheque Deposit
Machines. • Ad hoc duties as instructed by the Reporting Head
from time to time. • Co ordinate with other departments, if
required, to get documentation/data task done. Requirements: •
0304 years of relevant experience in a similar role. •
Attention to detail and a keen learner. • Ability to manage
large data entries accurately and timely manner. • Ability to
handle all documentation and filing as per set Standards. •
Should be proficient MS Office. • Effective Communication
skills in English- Written and Verbal • Ability to work as part
