Cosmetics, a leading cosmetics company in Amman, Jordan, is
searching for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic
team. Responsibilities: • Determine and establish company
quality procedures, standards, and specifications. • Assess
departmental requirements and ensure they are met effectively.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures,
and SOPs with meticulous attention to detail. • Ensure all
company processes comply with established SOPs. • Conduct
regular quality audits to identify improvement opportunities. •
Collaborate with staff to establish procedures, standards, and
systems. • Prepare management reports on quality performance.
• Identify training needs and oversee training programs with
collaborate HR Department. • Monitor departmental performance
and supervise teams. • Set team goals and conduct performance
appraisals. • Follow through on departmental strategies
execution. • Monitor and evaluate internal processes to
maintain high standards. • Clearly communicate quality
standards and requirements to team members. • Manage, review,
and update SOPs and KPIs. Requirements: • Proven experience as
a Quality Assurance Officer with a minimum of 3 years in a
similar role. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance
methodologies and tools demonstrating expertise in the field. •
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on
building effective relationships. • Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite. • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
