Hiring Billing Executive Job Type: Full-time, Standing Working
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break)
Location: Dubai Experience - Minimum 2 years as Jewellery
Accountant Salary - 3000 to 4000 AED Language - Hindi English
Responsibilities: Billing Operations Management: • Generate
invoices for customer purchases accurately and promptly using the
company’s billing software. • Verify the accuracy of billing
data to ensure correct pricing, discounts, and taxes are applied.
• Process transactions promptly and efficiently, maintaining a
high level of accuracy at all times. • Handle cash, credit
card, and other payment methods securely, adhering to company
protocols. Documentation and Record-Keeping: • Maintain
organized and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and other
billing documents. • Ensure all billing-related paperwork is
filed properly and securely for easy retrieval and audit
purposes. • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on
billing activities, revenue, and transaction trends for
management review. Compliance and Security: • Adhere to company
policies and procedures, including those related to billing, cash
handling, and customer interactions. • Ensure compliance with
relevant laws and regulations governing billing and financial
transactions. • Uphold security measures to protect sensitive
customer information and prevent fraud or unauthorized access to
billing systems and data. • Ability to multitask and work
effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Integrity,
reliability, and a commitment to upholding high ethical standards
