Summary: The Supervisor sales support operations level 1 is
responsible for leading and managing a team of sales support
operations level 1 to ensure that Merchant have a positive
experience with the company. This includes providing training and
support to agents, developing and implementing customer service
policies and procedures, monitoring and evaluating agent
performance, and resolving Merchant complaints and escalations.
Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving POS problems and directing
them according to the follow-up areasPreparing POS status
reports, and stopped points of sale are contacted by Sales

weekly reports, monthly for the work of Sales Support Operation
