Job Title: Hospitality Manager - Restaurant

Location: Bahrain

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations of both the back and front of the house. This role ensures smooth daily operations, high-quality food service, and an exceptional guest dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food preparation, kitchen operations, and front-of-house service to ensure quality and consistency
• Plan, organize, and direct daily restaurant operations in line with hospitality standards
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage supply orders to optimize profitability
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Prepare reports on restaurant performance, revenue, and operational metrics

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, health codes, and sanitation practices
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of restaurant financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
