We are seeking a highly skilled Network Access Design Tech Lead to join our Innovation Hub in Cairo, Egypt. This role is critical to our Cyber Security practice, focusing on designing and implementing secure network access solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of network access control (NAC) solutions.
• Develop and enforce network security policies and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into network infrastructure.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of network access systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging cyber security threats and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network security and access design.
• Expertise in network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and NAC technologies.
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of zero trust architecture principles.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
