Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our restaurant team in Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring proper bread and food serving, as well as clearing tables according to established procedures and the highest hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon their arrival and assist with seating as needed.
• Serve bread, appetizers, and main courses promptly and accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Respond to guest requests and escalate any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

Hard Skills: Basic knowledge of food service procedures, ability to carry multiple plates and trays, familiarity with hygiene standards.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment, and a positive attitude.

Experience: Previous experience as a runner or in a similar restaurant role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
