About the Role

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its team in Tunis. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and ensuring the efficient execution of QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of optimizing production processes and leading teams to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) initiatives to meet production goals and continuous improvement objectives.
• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain performance targets.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among production staff.
• Manage resources effectively to meet production schedules and cost targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of QCDP principles and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic; English is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive or industrial manufacturing is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
