Role Summary

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Junior Sous Chef - Pastry in Qatar. This role supports the pastry kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests across our hotel brands. You will work under the executive pastry chef to ensure high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency in all pastry and dessert offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for hotel restaurants, banquets, and events.
• Supervise and train junior pastry staff to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials, incorporating local and international trends.
• Ensure compliance with Radisson Hotel Group’s quality and food safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation of pastry ingredients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pastry chef or demi chef de partie in a reputable hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Culinary degree or diploma in pastry arts or related field.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
