Role Overview

A Club Level Attendant in a luxury hotel setting delivers personalized guest services within the exclusive club lounge. This position focuses on maintaining impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality for VIP guests. The role involves executing closing procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring all equipment and areas meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down service stations, and securing all areas.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment such as coffee machines, refrigerators, glassware, and service utensils.
• Return equipment to designated locations and lock refrigerators and storage units.
• Restock supplies for next-day operations including beverages, snacks, linens, and amenity items.
• Maintain club lounge cleanliness throughout the shift: tables, seating, floors, and restrooms.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
• Assist with guest requests and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Experience in hotel club lounge, executive lounge, or upscale food and beverage operations.
• Knowledge of closing procedures, cash handling, and POS systems.
• Proficiency in cleaning chemicals, equipment maintenance, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate coffee machines, blenders, toasters, and other beverage equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO).

Soft Skills

• Exceptional guest service orientation with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for closing checklists.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts with minimal supervision.
• Team collaboration and willingness to assist colleagues during peak periods.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
