Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring cost-effective usage.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all housekeeping activities.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front office, maintenance) to enhance guest experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hotel industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Hospitality or hotel management degree/certification preferred.

Preferred Skills
