We are seeking an experienced Food Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations for a prominent food processing facility in Kuwait. This role oversees the end-to-end production of ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook product lines, ensuring output targets are met efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across production scheduling, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced industrial environment.

- Plan and supervise daily production schedules for ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook product categories to meet volume and efficiency targets
- Monitor and optimize production workflows, minimizing waste and downtime while maximizing throughput
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP protocols, GMP standards, and local food safety regulations across all shifts
- Manage production staffing, shift assignments, and cross-training programs to maintain operational flexibility
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to investigate deviations, implement corrective actions, and maintain product specifications
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with engineering to reduce unplanned breakdowns
- Track and report on key performance indicators including yield, OEE, labor efficiency, and cost per unit
- Lead new product introduction trials and scale-up activities from pilot to full commercial production

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a production management capacity
- Proven expertise in HACCP implementation, GMP compliance, and ISO 22000 or BRCGS standards
- Strong command of production planning systems (ERP/MES) and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Demonstrated success managing teams of 50+ production personnel across multiple shifts
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly advantageous for local stakeholder coordination
- Valid Kuwait residency or transferable visa with ability to join immediately
