We are seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert for our Room Service team in Qatar. As a Room Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of food and beverage orders, from taking accurate requests to presenting beautifully arranged trays and tables. Key Responsibilities
- Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely manner, maintaining proper temperature and presentation.
- Set up trays, tables, and carts according to established standards, including proper placement of cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations from the menu, including wine pairings or dietary accommodations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service stations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Assist with inventory management of room service supplies and linens.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and menu knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
