Core Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, empathetic, and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat to UK customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and resolves inquiries effectively.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Vistaprint's commitment to quality and customer-centricity in every conversation.
• Handle a wide range of customer queries including order placement, product information, account management, and issue resolution with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and service standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and share insights with the broader Customer CARE team.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) at a native or near-native level, with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role, ideally within a contact center or remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM software, ticketing systems, and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup (for remote positions).

Preferred Skills
