Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to provide technical sales support within a defined territory in Morocco. This role bridges engineering and sales, delivering pre-sales technical expertise, system design, and customer solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept deployments.
• Design and configure systems to meet client needs, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing customers in the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends to advise on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar technical role, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong understanding of networking, server infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French (or Arabic).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory in Morocco.
