Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty blends, adhering to luxury brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace that reflects the sophistication of the establishment.
• Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring total satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment, performing routine cleaning and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to coordinate beverage orders during peak hours and special events.
• Stay current with coffee trends, new brewing techniques, and industry innovations to continuously improve the menu.
• Uphold the highest grooming and presentation standards, serving as an ambassador of the brand.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in luxury, fine dining, or high-end hospitality concepts is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with high-profile guests with poise and discretion.
• Appearance: Impeccable grooming standards that align with a luxury brand image.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized coffee training program (e.g., SCA, specialty coffee courses).
• Experience with latte art and creative beverage presentation.
• Multilingual skills (English and Arabic) are an advantage.
