Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant for its operations in Qatar. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion, with a focus on Human Capital Management solutions. The consultant will provide expert guidance and support to clients, leveraging deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Analytics. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering successful implementations and ensuring system optimization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM consulting services, including implementation and support for clients.
• Configure and customize HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and integration.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Conduct system testing, training, and documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and project timelines.

Requirements
